Kaniska Mallick

Kaniska did his PhD from Space Applications Centre, ISRO, India on land surface energy and water balance modelling from Geostationary platform for agricultural applications. Presently he is a postdoctoral researcher in the Lancaster Environment Centre, UK and working on retrieval of global surface wetness using microwave radiometers as well as surface energy balance fluxes and conductance using satellite soundings. He is also working on partitioning eddy covariance terrestrial latent heat observations in order to characterize water use efficiency and developing stomatal conductance functions.
